Pre-Inspection Consultation
Your consultant will review your concerns and expectations and ask about the history of the building, leaks, floods, humidity issues, odors, etc.
Visual Assessment

Air Testing

Mold Remediation Protocol (if applicable)
If mold remediation is needed, we will provide you with a detailed mold remediation protocol that you can present to a licensed mold remediation contractor.
Clearance Testing (if applicable)
Once a licensed contractor performs the remediation, we will return to verify that the remediation was successful, with a visual and moisture inspection and analytical data.
Clearance Report and CMDR
Once the project passes clearance testing, you will receive a report detailing the results and either the success or failure of the remediation.
